As a Call Center Agent, the whole week dealing with not just stupid, but rude, racists and different kinds of customers is really a hell. But, this job pays the bill, so I can't really complain. Dealing with these people makes me sick! Sometimes, I just wanna tell them that we are their Technical "SUPPORT" agent, and not their slaves! There are people who just pay 19.99$ for their Internet Service, thinks that they could say whatever they want, they could insult or curse you. This is what we have to endure each day. Aside from the difficulty of our metrics, that we have to pass each month. Otherwise, after 3 consecutive failing scores; we are fired! So, before you start judging the people behind the line when you are calling your Internet service, phone or any customer service. Just be HUMAN. Don't act like you own the world, as if you are god!
